How to use
· Enter spec limits + at least 2 measured values → get Cpk, capability chart, PPM.
· Subgroup mode: within sigma from mean range/d2 (short-term).
· Cpk uses within sigma (short-term); Ppk uses overall sigma (long-term).
· Set a target to also get Cpm (capability vs. target).
· Rating: ≥1.67 excellent / ≥1.33 good / ≥1.0 OK / <1.0 poor.
